Timothy, I was just sharing the new promo kit updates with a customer and they want to upgrade right away. I just reinstated with the regular topaz, but want to update to the SuperPlus. It is my understanding that it is $95.00 instead of $75.00. Since I just paid $75 on the January 20. 2012, how can I upgrade right away as I am certain that my non Sales Agent is ready to upgrade. How will the Customer be able to upgrade from regular to SuperPlus? Thank you in advance for your help. Verna
