I'm confused about my topaz membership

I have one in active And one active

33,849 PDL Count also is growing every days.
On My active membership shoving My GT points 131,119,037

Both of Them is on My on

I'm paying my membership for Topaz every month.
Can you Please advice.
I don't want to quit my membership because I was investing chunk of money.
And I like continue with a program.
PS: Also a week ago it was taken out subscription payment.
